This is a great, simple recipe to try walleye in a new way with little prep time. Simply toss a few ingredients together in a pan, place it in the oven, and serve dinner all in just under 30 minutes.

Put steamed baby potatoes on the bottom of an oven safe dish, flatten slightly with a potato masher. Arrange chopped tomatoes and sundried tomatoes on top of potatoes. Sprinkle half the cheeses on top, then scatter chopped fish pieces overtop tomatoes. Then sprinkle the rest of cheeses on top of the whole dish. Top with Italian spices and optional chives.

Pour in cream around the corners, place a baking dish on top of a cookie sheet to catch any bubble over. Bake for 20 minutes at 425 F or until bubbling and fish appears to be golden brown.
