When Scott begins to notice frogs on lake shores in the fall, that’s his key for moving in shallower to target walleye. Rocky shores and flats with no weeds will hold fish this time of the year, and you can fish them several different ways. You can use Rippin’ Raps, glide baits, or swimbaits in weedier spots. Keying in on the fall frog migration is a great indication of when you should move shallower to target fall walleye.
