Cut sucker has been the winner around Grand Forks with frogs taking the cake up in the Drayton stretch. Keep both on hand because the bite seems to change day to day.
Targeting deeper holes on the inside bends. This goes against most of what people are taught about catfishing but it has been the key to numbers of fish over the past two weeks. Sit times have to be a minimum of 25 minutes and sometimes more like 30-35. Give the fish some extra time to find it.
