Strong winds have limited what anglers can do some days on Lake Oahe but the walleye fishing has been really good. Been finding walleye on the main lake simply running points in 12-20 feet of water. One of the better bites has been 2/3rds of the way up the Moreau River in 3-6 feet of water along the shorelines. Look for stained water. Been running a spinner harness behind a bottom bouncer and covering water. On the flat days, plain snells have sometimes been better.
