Walleye fishing has been stellar! I’ve been doing a lot of fishing around the 25- 35ft range. Dragging Lindy rigs and leech’s have been super effective! Also using 1/8oz jigs tipped with a leech using a slow presentation has been effective. Trust your sonars when searching for fish because when you find them they are in big schools!! You can spot lock on top of them and hold a vertical presentation with the leech. We’ve been looking at reefs mostly producing. Lots of fish are being marked around the basis of the reefs as they are staging getting ready to move up! Mayflies are just starting to pop out as there’s lots of larve in the water still. Best news of all our water level is right in our rule curve and looking great!
Tight lines ~ Walleye Wylie Also on a side note to you, sturgeon fishing has been INCREDIBLE!! With lots over 40-60” range!
