Kyle Tokarski with KT Guide Service weekly report on GreenBay WI.
This past week, my main focus has been on walleye fishing. The bite has been up and down. One day, you are on them the next they are nowhere to be found. These fish are not really setting up on structure yet, or if they have they’re not there very long. I’ve been trolling the mud and finding fish in 25 to 31 feet of water.
On days with no wind, crawler harness have been working the best with 1 oz in line weights. For the days with some wind, I’ve been trolling #7 and #9 flicker minnows. As for colors I suggest purple. Use electronics to see where these fish are sitting in the water column. If they are high or on the bottom, set your baits to where the fish are hanging out at.
