This past weeks fishing report.
This time of the year is all about muskies. The fishing has been decent. Lots of mid 40-inch fish with a few 50+ inchers mixed in. I’ve been getting 2 – 3 bites a trip. I’ve been targeting weed beds on the west shore. Depths I have been targeting are 5 to 10 feet. Baits that have been working the best have been small bucktails, bright colors and swim baits have been working as well.
Tip: is use your side imaging to mark fish plus hold the boat on the weed edge.
