Hello this is Captain Kyle Tokarski, guide on Green Bay. This week, I’ve been walleye fishing in the Oconto River area and I’ve been north and south this week. The area has been great for numbers, with size ranging from 22-26 inches, with a few over the 28 inch mark. Best baits for us have been Rapala Rippin Raps and Keitech swim baits. Most fish have been holding in the 8-11ft range on the sand flats. Explore different structure and use your electronics to find fish. The best tip I can tell you is to stay away from the crowds. Big fish don’t handle pressure well.
