It was a very busy weekend on the water! Depending on the amount of traffic on the water dictated the bite with the best being in the morning before it got to busy! Finding green cabbage was the deal in depths from 8 to 16 FOW and it was a game of throwing it out and letting it sit. You really had to take your time but when you found a good patch of cabbage there were many largemouth waiting to eat. 3/8 finesse jigs and Rage bugs really did the trick but fishing slow was what helped seal the deal and remembering your cast was vital to getting but as they are grouped up in a very small area. Do a little less hopping of the bait and a little more dragging and you will get bit!
