Central MN (November 10th, 2022)

As the open water season is winding down fast we still have a few more days left in us. Fishing has been phenomenal with 100+ days for smallmouth and largemouth. The main focus has been the Mississippi River focusing in depths of 8 to 14 FOW. Finding rock piles within those depths and focusing on the largest rocks will guarantee you bites. Strike King Rage Bugs and coffee tubes primarily in green pumpkin have been the ticket. You have to play the mood of the fish to trigger the bite. Somedays they want the bait hopping and others just a slow drag. Mother Nature is turning the corner this week so be sure to get out before it freezes up!!
