This past week, I was mostly fishing walleye up in the Oconto area. With the unusual warm spell, most fish are moving up the river to spawn. Water temp jumped from 42° to 65° and 65° was the highest I saw. That being said, the most active fish we found were right in front of the river mouth in that 6 to 12 feet of water. Rippin’ raps and hair jigs were working well. The best colors were bright. Throw anything of that nature.
